This is typically the weekend we have incorporated Baton Rouge Beach Half Marathon into our 20 Miler.
**in 2 weeks we’ll do the slow long run on the Louisiana Marathon course.
The 20 milers did 7 miles before the BRB Half then join the race on the starting line. But since no one has picked up the event this year we’ll just simulate what we have done.
13 Miles or less - run the BR Beach loop for a steady 13 Miles. Or abbreviate by cutting across the lakes to the distance that you want to run on Saturday.
20 Miles - run 7 Miles before joining everyone at the Beach at 7:30. That means an early start.
