Warm up the Fat Boy Course to the beginning of the hills.
3 x hilly quarter with 30 second rest
Continue on the course around the circle and back.
3 x hilly quarter with 30 second rest
Finish the course back to the start.
You can add extra cool down if you want the miles.
(I going out early to try to make LSU baseball at 6 so start when everyone is there)
