Between now and Fall Training it really is the time to run easy. The heat guarantees it.
Some very easy/moderate intervals are just good maintenance and keeps us close to water stops.
So really run these with a very moderate approach.
We’ll re-start the hard work soon enough!
Sunset/Playground warm up.
Cruise Ladder of 110/220/330/440(finish the loop for recovery). Water break. 880 down Sunset. Water. 440/330/220/110.
Cool down.
