Half Marathoners 10-12 Miles. Core map is 10 so come early and get in an easy 2 before.
**Plenty of options to shorten from the core 10
Marathoners 16-18(depending on experience) - Core map is 10 so plan around that one with most of it before but maybe a few after to get in your miles.

Warm up 1 mile.
Timed ladder intervals at Half Marathon Pace and below.
5 minutes on/5 easy; 4 minute on/4 easy; 3/3; 2/2; 1/1; then 1/1; 2/2; 3/3; 4/4; and 5/5.
Hydration at BR Beach - the usual spot.
You may want to leave you own 2nd stop at Cottonwood triangle if it’s warm.
