and With Crescent City 10K and all the 5K let’s throw some mile repeats back into the mix. The pace depends on your goals and racing plans….but 10K pace is a good start.
8 Miles with pickups at 3-4, 5-6 and 7-8(get you accustomed to a strong finish)
Water for the 8 Mile will be at the Cottonwood triangle in Hillsdale.
