WALK - walk down Hollydale to the Lakes. Come to Lake Erie and do a few loops. Back up Fiero.

Warm Up Down Hollydale to Lake Erie.
4 x 220 cutdown. Finish the lake loop for recovery.
Jog a lap between the set .
Duplicate the same 4 x 220 cutdown.
Short cool down is Fiero. Longer is the way you came.
