Saturday’s Yassos were a good, solid workout. With Christmas week here, I want to take the opportunity for a little bit of a workout before all the eating and drinking begins.
It’s a very familiar workout - but solid. This is one of those where you want to run a good effort but not hung up on time. Glide through the intervals.
Warm up down Hollydale to Lake Erie
110/220/330/440. Jog a lap. 440/330/220/110.
Finish the lake loop for recovery.
Either Fiero or lakes to Hollydale back.
