It is a great place for a post run hangout.

2 Miles - we are cutting back miles to get in some quality hills.

Warm up down Perkins to the Cottonwood triangle in Hillsdale.

220 uphill. 220 easy. 220 uphill. Finish the loop.

Repeat another time then straight back to Ivar’s patio.

4-5 Miles- depending on how many Hillsdale loops.

This is a progression from what we did on Monday with the 110s….

but will the added challenge of slight uphills and longer intervals.

Longer 2 Mile warm up to Cottonwood triangle. 2 Miles to Hillsdale

Run 2-4 Hillsdale loops with 220 uphill working the hill, 220 easy, 220 working the turn and uphill; 220 easy.

CONES WILL BE OUT MARKING 220s.

Short way back up Perkins to Ivar’s or **longer cool down is going back 2 miles you came.
