**Moderate workout of 8 x 220 Cutdown. Each 220 should be faster than the one before it.
SHORTEN RUN BY DOING FEWER
The idea is to teach you to start out under control and build into the race/workout.
AND if you misjudge in the beginning…just own and try to cut down from there. The same misjudgments happen in races so we are trying to teach you to avoid it.
