SJA Sticker Stampede Run Through Before Saturday - Asics Demo

Our Beginner Group has it’s graduation race on Saturday at the SJA Sticker Stampede 5K.

Everyone else has the 10K either as a race of tempo run.

RUN NOTES: it’s kind of a rambling course design so study the map

2 Miles - run the 5K course to the 1 Mile mark. Take a right on Drehr from Perkins. Follow Drehr back to Kleinert. Take a right and back to SJA

3.1 Miles- run the 5K course - SJA 5K Course

6.2 Miles - run the 10K course which is the 5 K twice - SJA 5K Course

Jacob with Asics will be there for you to demo new shoes before, after or during the runs
