Killer Quarters - 20 x 1/4 Mile From Magpie

This is one of those weekends that we drop down in distance… but amp up the quality.

We typically do this on a track but we weren’t able to get one this fall. So we’ll do this workout “Yasso” style in a continuous flow around the lakes.

5 Mile Killer Quarters

Hydration is at Baton Rouge Beach by the pull up bars at the end of one of the Quarters.

Map of the 20 x 1/4.** Note: take the loop behind U-high Parking Lot - Isaac Cline Dr.

Also, 5 miles(20 quarters) actually ends at the stop light at East State.

5 Miles with 12 x 1/4 with 1 minute rest after each

Warm up through Hillsdale to East Lakeshore start on the side of the golf course.

12 x 1/4 around the lakes. Run 1/4 pickup. Take a 1 minute break(jog around or stand in place). Continue on until you complete 12 which will be on the peninsula just before BR Beach. Jog to water stop at BRB.

Cool down back up Stanford to Cedardale an in.

8 Miles with 20 x 1/4 with 1 minute rest after each.

Warm up through Hillsdale to East Lakeshore start on the side of the golf course.

20 x 1/4 around the lakes. Run 1/4 pickup. Take a 1 minute break(jog around or stand in place). Continue on until you complete 20 which will be at the light at East State St.

Cool down back taking May Street to Stanford. Loop back to Cedardale and in to Magpie.

12 Miles with 20 x 1/4 with 1 minute rest after each.

Come early and get in 4 Miles.
