Almost the beginning of August means the end of core work Muscle Monday and starting to ease into light workouts for Fall Training.
Shady neighborhood with water stop readily available is a plus today!
Warm-up first 1.5 of Fat Boy 5K
Short Ladder of 880/440/220/110. Very moderate pace to ease back into longer intervals.
880 down Sunset Blvd and back. Jog the circle for recovery.
440 on the circle. Jog a whole additional circle for recovery.
220 on circle finishing it for recovery.
110 on circle finishing it for recovery.
Cool down the same way you came or there are numerous shorter alternatives that we all know.
