Workout at Lake Erie

This a hybrid workout of stuff we’ve done before. We’ll take this one out longer later in the cycle.

Warm up to Lake Erie down Hollydale.

Run 2 x 1/4 with 1/4 rest.

4 x 220 cutdown. Finish the loop recovery.

Short cool down is Fiero. Longer is back to Hollydale.
