We always try to do LSU Tailgate runs when the Tigers play in town. So try to wear purple and gold or your favorite college colors.
We are fortunate to have Barret and Julie Blondeau who live close to campus and have offered to host a post run breakfast and pool party. In our experience - the traffic is not bad this early on a non-conference game day.
Feel free to bring any breakfast goodies you might want to chip in.

Run a easy, steady 3 mile campus loop with a 1 minute walk after each mile. This is Jane and Steve’s group from Thursday.
Easy, steady run for first 2 miles. Water stop at U-high deck. Then 1 Mile timing and picking up the pace from Mile 2-3. NOT speed work…just strength work to start working on fitness and strength. This is Jenni’s group from Thursday.
