We have a unique opportunity to have hills and fun in the same run! Thanks Mary Eymard for hosting once again!!
Park at Catholic Life Center at the corner of Hundred Oaks and Acadian. Warm up starts from there.
Warm up - note that it is a little different to make it a mile.
Use the hills as strength work if you are run-in Block Mile. In other words charge up them thinking of using the power in your legs.
3 x 220 Uphill. Downhill recovery after each one.
Jog over Hundred Oaks start.
Run a Half Mile at/close to goal mile pace.
BE VERY CAREFUL AT THE RICHLAND CROSS STREET OF CHATFIELD. I’ll put cones out to warn cars.
